Before consultation
The better Dr. Bien understands your concern, health, and expectations, the more useful your consultation will be.
Bring the right information
You do not need to diagnose yourself or choose the procedure in advance.
Describe what bothers you, how long it has bothered you, and what kind of change would feel meaningful.
Prepare a list of medical conditions, allergies, operations, anesthesia experiences, and current medicines or supplements.
Share prior surgery, fillers, threads, lasers, injections, or other procedures in the area being assessed.
Mention work, travel, events, and the realistic amount of time you can give to recovery and follow-up.
Ask about alternatives, limitations, risks, recovery, follow-up, total pricing, and what happens if you decide not to proceed.
You do not need to decide during the consultation. Take time to understand the plan before consenting.
Dr. Bien will assess the area of concern, explain what may be contributing to it, and discuss reasonable options. A requested procedure may not be recommended if it is unlikely to meet your goals or is not appropriate for your health or anatomy.
No online consultation is offered. The assessment must happen in person before surgery or a treatment plan is finalized.
Meet Dr. Bien in person, discuss what concerns you, and receive an honest assessment of what may—or may not—be appropriate.
