If you contact us through Cal.com, Messenger, email, Viber, phone, or in person, we may receive your name, contact details, appointment information, questions, and health information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical details through ordinary messaging services.

Information may be used to answer inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide patient care, keep legally required records, process clinic transactions, improve service, protect patients and staff, and meet legal or regulatory duties.

Service Providers and Recipients
