Alarplasty Trifecta Case · Immediate Result
Subtle Enhancement Without Changing the Nasal Bridge
Patient Preference
Many patients prefer a subtle nasal enhancement. They are satisfied with their nasal bridge and want to refine only the width, flare, or shape of the nostrils rather than undergo a full rhinoplasty.
Goal
For this patient, the plan was to improve the balance of the nasal base while preserving the natural bridge and overall identity.
Procedure
Alarplasty Trifecta was performed to address alar flaring, alar overhang, and a wide nostril base.
Immediate Result
The intraoperative image compares one corrected side with the untreated side. The immediate postoperative views show a more refined nasal base without changing the bridge. Sutures, swelling, redness, and temporary asymmetry are expected; the final shape becomes clearer as healing progresses.
