What Is Lip Enhancement Surgery?
BienPoMD offers two minor surgical procedures for patients who want to change lip shape rather than simply add volume: Lip Reshaping or Reduction Surgery and Corner Lip Lift. The right procedure depends on the concern, lip anatomy, facial proportions, healing, and the change that can be achieved safely.
Procedures and Published Rates
Lip Reshaping or Reduction — ₱30,000 Per Lip
Reduces selected excess lip tissue and reshapes the lip border for better proportion and definition. The published package for both upper and lower lips is ₱40,000.
Corner Lip Lift — ₱30,000
Lifts downturned outer lip corners to soften a sad, tired, or stern resting expression. The incision is placed along the natural lip border.
Who May Be a Candidate?
Lip Reshaping may be considered for naturally thick or bulky lips, uneven upper-and-lower lip proportions, or patients who want definition without adding filler. Corner Lip Lift may be considered when the outer corners of the mouth turn downward at rest.
An in-person assessment is needed to review lip movement, dental support, facial balance, natural asymmetry, previous fillers or surgery, scarring tendency, medical history, and realistic expectations.

Recovery and Limitations
Swelling, bruising, tenderness, tightness, temporary numbness, and unevenness are expected during early healing. Soft food, careful mouth hygiene, and avoiding smoking, alcohol, strenuous exercise, and stretching the lips may be advised.
These procedures are intended to improve shape and balance. They cannot guarantee a particular Cupid’s bow, exact symmetry, a scar-free result, or a specific expression. Risks include bleeding, infection, wound separation, visible or raised scarring, prolonged swelling, numbness, asymmetry, overcorrection, undercorrection, and the possible need for further treatment.
