What Is Liposaver-assisted Liposuction?
Liposuction removes selected areas of unwanted fat to improve body contour. At BienPoMD, body liposuction uses Liposaver™, an ultrasound-assisted liposuction system in the same general technology category as VASER™. Ultrasound energy helps loosen fat before it is removed through a cannula.
This may allow more controlled fat removal and smoother contouring in suitable patients. It does not guarantee skin tightening, prevent complications, or replace weight management.
Body Areas and Published Rates

Thighs
₱120,000–₱180,000
Contouring of selected inner- or outer-thigh fat deposits in patients with suitable skin quality.
Who May Be a Candidate?
Liposuction may be considered for adults who:
- Have localized fat that remains despite reasonable diet and activity
- Want improved shape or definition rather than major weight loss
- Are medically fit for surgery and anesthesia
- Have realistic expectations about contour, scars, swelling, and recovery
- Have enough skin elasticity for the planned area, or understand the limits of skin retraction
A BMI below 30 is generally preferred for the procedures described on the original BienPoMD page. Suitability still depends on your overall health, fat distribution, skin quality, and the amount that can be removed safely.
What the Package Includes
- Surgeon’s professional fee
- Operating room, anesthesiologist, and nursing fees
- Standard medical supplies
- Post-operative medicines and aftercare kit
- One appropriate compression garment
Possible add-ons include fat grafting to a selected area at ₱20,000–₱100,000 and extra compression garments at ₱1,500–₱3,500 each. Final inclusions and charges are confirmed after assessment.
Consultation, Laboratory Tests, and Clearance
An in-person consultation is required before scheduling surgery. Common pre-operative tests may include CBC, chest X-ray, 12-lead ECG, kidney and liver tests, fasting blood sugar, and clotting tests. Other tests may be requested based on your history.
Patients aged 50 and above, or those with hypertension, diabetes, heart or lung concerns, and other medical conditions, may need additional tests and clearance from their physician.
Recovery
Swelling, bruising, soreness, tightness, temporary numbness, and unevenness are expected early in healing. Light walking is encouraged as advised. Many patients resume light daily activity within several days, but desk work, exercise, travel, and garment use depend on the treated area and your recovery.
Body contour continues to change as swelling settles. Final definition takes time and depends on healing, skin retraction, weight stability, and aftercare.
Important Limitations and Risks
Liposuction is body contouring—not a treatment for obesity, cellulite, or significant loose skin. Risks include bleeding, infection, fluid collection, contour irregularity, asymmetry, numbness, skin injury, poor scarring, anesthesia complications, blood clots, and the possible need for further treatment.
